European Union
Exchange and return policy
Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery with stating a returnsreason. You can return or exchange an item by mail to info@tinino.com. In the e-mail you have to state your ordernumber. We will e-mail you the instructions to return or exchange your goods. The articles can be send back to the address as stated in the e-mail. If the goods are paid for by creditcard the due amount will be refunded to your bankaccount. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and extra costs. The returns of goods are at your own costs.
Please note:
Returned goods which show signs of use in exess of trying them on, may lead to a reductions in the refund given. All the original labels should still be on the article.
Payment
Payment of the goods is due when the goods leave our premises and will be deducted from your credit card amount or should be paid in advance to our bankaccount in The Netherlands. For online Creditcard payments 3,5% costs will be charged over the ordering amount with a minimum of € 1,= per order. Tinino.com reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. Payment by cheque or by sending cash is not possible. Tinino.com is nog liable for any lost cheques or cash.
Shipping and delivery
Orders will be send within 3 days (Monday till Friday and not including holidays), following creditcard authorization or after receiving the advanced payment. The goods will be send with standard delivery by TPG Post in the Netherlands.

Our Web-store offers two ways of shipment via:

Express Service:
Moscow
The order can be delivered by our express service in Moscow or districts located near to the Moscow ring (MCAD). The terms of delivery of each order depend on availability of goods on stock. The delivery might take 5 to 10 working days.
Other regions:
The order can be delivered by express postal service. Delivery terms of each order depend on availability of goods on stock. The delivery might take 10 to 15 working days, depending on the timings provided by the express service.
Delivery by post office:
The order can be delivered via a standard post office. The order will be sent to an addressee within 10 working days. The delivery terms depend on the work efficiency of the post office.
Shipment Cost:
The shipment is free of charge in Moscow. Delivery beyond the Moscow ring (MCAD) costs 150 rubles if the total amount of the purchase is less than 120 Euro. Delivery cost to other regions are calculated during when the order is being processed.
Payment:
Prices stated are in Euro. The payment should be carried out in a Ruble equivalent of the amount with exchange rate 1:36. In case the order is being delivered by express service, payment should be made in cash at delivery. The shipment via a postal office will be made after 100 % prepayment of the whole sum to the bank account. The bank requisites will be sent after processing the order by E-mail.
Return and exchange:
Customer has the right to check the items when delivered by the courier and refuse it right away if items are faulty. The goods that are not to your liking can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery when a valid reason is stated. For that purpose please send an e-mail with your request to the address irina@tinino.ru, mentioning the order number. After that, you will receive instructions by e-mail on how to return or exchange your goods. Please allow us 14 to 21 days to receive and process your claim. When the goods are in good order and the return is not caused by quality defect, the costs for returning the goods is paid by the client.
Please be aware:
All the original labels should still be on the article when being returned.
